Our son accidentally left a pair of valuable shorts in his room when we left. We never got a call to say it was found. Instead we had to call and go back to the hotel. The lady at the front desk informed us they had the shorts but they were put in a "lost and found" area. When we arrived back at the hotel, someone retrieved them and thankfully got the shorts back. But it did not leave a good impression that they found some personal belongings after we checked out and never called or emailed us. Otherwise, it was a good stay.
