I would like to formally express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at your hotel. Despite having a confirmed booking through Booking.com for a non-smoking room, I was initially assigned a room in a separate building on a smoking floor, without prior notice or consultation. After multiple visits to reception, I was moved between different buildings, including one without an elevator, which was unsuitable as my mother is elderly and unable to use stairs. None of this information was disclosed in advance. I clearly informed your staff that I have asthma, and the smoking environment forced me to use my inhaler daily during the stay. Due to exhaustion and the short duration of the booking, changing hotels was not a feasible option. This experience reflects a lack of transparency, poor communication, and failure to honor the booking details. Had I been informed in advance about the unavailability of non-smoking rooms, I would have chosen a different hotel. I kindly request that this issue be reviewed to prevent similar experiences for other guests. Based on this stay, it would be difficult for me to consider returning.
