Had a bit of an issue checking in. On the second day the key to the room quit working. They gave me updated key cards and those didn’t work either. They then told me to go to the room and the engineer would be there to change the battery on the lock. I waited fifteen minutes before he showed up. He was very nice and changed the batteries. Now I had to wait for security to verify my ID before I could enter. Still the property is very nice; staff polite and helpful; great sports bar. No complaints really other than the lock issue.
